Expectant mom Busy Philipps is keeping a healthy perspective on her pregnancy weight gain.
Putting in an appearance on Good Morning America today, the Cougar Town star said, “Yes, I’m having a baby. I think it’s so hard as a woman to give yourself a break. It’s great to be healthy but you have to set a good example for your kids and know that it’s not about a number on a scale but how you feel.”
Busy, who shared her pregnancy news on Twitter just last month, showed off her growing bump this morning, looking lovely in her form-fitting blue dress.
The funny mom was sure to let fans and friends know about her GMA visit, Tweeting this photo from the set and writing, “It was a crazy early morning on @GMA! So happy to be there chatting about the brand new season of @cougartownTBS starting TOMORROW on TBS!”
The baby on the way will be the second for Busy and her husband Marc Silverstein, who are already parents to 4-year-old daughter Birdie.
