Mariah Carey confirmed to join American Idol 2013 for a whopping $18 Million. According to a new report from Hollywood Life, mega singing diva Mariah Carey is officially going to be a new judge on the new 2013 season of American Idol for a reported $18 million dollars! Fox Entertainment President Kevin Reilly said, "I think I can say it’s 100 percent that Jennifer won’t be back on the show." So,it looks like Jennifer has definitely been bumped out of the mix,but we totally saw that coming,anyways. Producer Nigel Lythgoe was upset to hear that Steven Tyler and Jennifer are leaving the show. It's reported that Randy Jackson will most-likely stay onboard since Mariah is joining the crew as he is Mariah's manager. Mariah also hit up Twitter to reveal the news,writing, "It’s gonna be so much fun working on American Idol. As a singer-songwriter, I’m excited to help find and nurture new talent. LYM! — MC."
