Selena Gomez doing new 'Wizards Of Waverly Place' reunion movie. According to Hollywood Life, mega starlet Selena Gomez is set to return and do a reunion movie version of the TV show that made her a star, "Wizards Of Waverly Place." They say, Disney Channel recently confirmed the movie,and that Selena Gomez will not only star in the movie,but will also executive produce it. The movie will reunite Selena with most of her former castmates: Gregg Sulkin, Jennifer Stone, Jake T. Austin, David Deluise and Maria Canals-Barrera. However, David Henrie, who played Selena’s on-screen brother Justin, will not appear in the movie. The new movie will take the Russo family and friends to Tuscany, Italy, to meet their long lost relatives. However, Alex (Selena Gomez)will try to prove she’s more than a seemingly carefree young Wizard, and inadvertently conjures a spell that creates a Good Alex and an Evil Alex. Evil Alex ends up getting roped into a charming young wizard’s foreboding plan to take over the world, and Good Alex must find a way to save her family and humankind, which leads to a monumental battle between the two versions of herself.
