Fourteen year-old Paris Jackson, daughter of the late singing sensation Michael Jackson, seems to be having issues with various members of her family lately, most recently with her aunt Janet Jackson.
(PCM) Janet Jackson is allegedly rather upset with Paris for branching into an acting career, despite her late father’s wishes. According to UsMagazine.com, a source stated, “She feels it goes against Michael’s wishes to keep his kids out of the limelight until age 18.”
Paris has apparently signed a contract to appear in a film in 2014. “Janet thinks Paris should enjoy being a kid and possibly go to college,” the source said. “It’s a huge dispute!”
Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother, apparently supports Paris’ decision to get into acting. Katherine is currently raising Michael’s three children; Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket. And according to Paris, she’s doing a wonderful job.
Paris recently took to Twitter to call out uncle, Randy Jackson. Apparently, Randy, Janet, and Michael’s other brothers wrote a letter to John McClain and John Branca, asking them to step down from managing the estate, saying their poor decision making had led to Katherine having a mini-stroke. Despite Randy’s own Twitter claims that the letter was authentic, Paris had a difficult time believing him.
She took to the social networking site to “defend my beloved family member…even from other family”. She then sent a personal tweet to Randy, claiming, “@randyjackson8 hello dear FAMILY member i don’t appreciate you telling everyone things that aren’t true thank you very much.”
