Can anybody tell us which product or service Matthew Broderick will be shilling on Super Bowl Sunday? Bueller? Bueller?
While the specifics are unclear, a teasing little snippet of a video indicates that Broderick will be reprising his title role from the 1986 John Hughes classic "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" for a Super Bowl commercial.
In the maddeningly enticing preview, Broderick, who turns 50 on March 21 (feel old yet?), mimics the opening of his breakthrough film by pulling open his curtains and declaring to the camera, "How can I handle work on a day like today?"
According to the caption of the video, the nature of Broderick's ad will be revealed on Monday. Until then, feel free to speculate in the comments section.
While Broderick's appearance during the Big Game remains a mystery, details have steadily trickled out about the pitches that television audiences will be subjected to between acts of gridiron brutality.

Relativity Media has purchased four 30-second ads for its upcoming Navy SEALs action film "Act of Valor," while "X Factor" winner Melanie Amaro will star in a Pepsi ad.
One face you likely won't see in a TV ad on Super Bowl is Kim Kardashian. While the reality star raised pulses with her steamy Skechers ad last year, the footwear company decided to go with a French bulldog, who'll race a pack of greyhounds while wearing Skechers' latest shoe.
Also on the canine front: Volkswagen, which last year won hearts with an ad featuring a young boy in a Darth Vader costume attempting to start is parents' Passat through the Force, released a teaser for this year's ad featuring a chorus of dogs barking the Imperial Death March from Star Wars. And because that's always welcome as a good thing, we're including it below.
